On Tuesday, August 22, the Young At Hearts friends will visit the Science Museum of MN to see “Journey to the South Pacific.” This Omni film takes viewers to the lush tropical islands of remote West Papua. Also experience the exhibit “Science Behind Pixar” (creators of animated films such as Cars and Toy Story) which includes 40 screen-based activities and physical interactive exhibits.
The Bethel bus departs from the Downtown Campus at 9:30am and will return around 3:30pm. Your $28 ticket includes transportation, admission to the Pixar exhibit and Omni Theater. Plan to buy your lunch at Elements Cafe or Chomp. Register in the Downtown Campus office by Sunday, August 6 with your non-refundable payment to reserve your spot.
