Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.                                                   Joshua 1:9

As we approach Easter I think about having trust in God's plan. We all face times when we have our doubts. A lost loved one, a troubling relationship, unforeseen challenges and circumstances, and struggles at work or home can put doubt in our minds. 

I try to think about how Jesus faced his fate, and how he must have felt not knowing what was going to happen. He must have had many questions and doubts as he entered Jerusalem, and maybe he was even a bit scared. Ultimately, he knew to trust in God as he faced his fate.

Prayer: Dear God, help me to remain strong and courageous. I know you are with me wherever I go and I can trust in your plan. I ask for the wisdom and clarity to discern where you are calling me.  Amen
