GOAL

We strive to build in each youth a strong biblical and Lutheran foundation as well as equip them to Connect, Grow, and Serve.


WEDNESDAY SCHOOL | GRADES 6 & 7

Classes are held on Wednesdays from 5-6pm during the school year at the Downtown Campus.  This program includes large and small group time that challenges the youth to explore and grow their faith with Biblical stories and discover how it applies to their lives today. These classes are led by Cindy Halunen, Director of Middle School Ministry.

CONFIRMATION | GRADE 8

Classes are held on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30pm during the school year.  This program includes large and small group times that explore faith and apply faith to everyday life challenges, ultimately supporting the youth to define their own faith statement.  These classes are led by Cindy Halunen, Director of Middle School Ministry.

Middle School Mission Trip 2022 - Duluth, MN

Be a part of Bethel's first ever Middle School Mission Trip!  Students and chaperones will travel to Duluth, Minnesota where they will work with local partner organizations.  The youth might work with kids at the Boys & Girls Club, the elderly at senior care centers or with local churches at a food pantry.  The evenings will be fun visiting local attractions in Duluth including Canal Park. 

This mission trip is in partnership with an organization called YouthWorks which has years of experience organizing mission trips for youth in Duluth.  

Dates: June 26 - July 1, 2022
Deposit: $100
Cost: $250, minus the $100 deposit (includes housing, food, activities & transportation)
Who: students currently in grades 6-8

Trip Discount - This trip is discounted over $150 because we are not offering fundraising for this trip due to other fundraising efforts already planned for the summer high school trips. 


BETHEL’S WINTER WEATHER POLICY

It is Bethel’s policy to cancel or postpone youth/children’s activities if Hudson schools are closed due to weather.
