Dear Members of Bethel, 

It is our honor to inform you that with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the Call Committee is recommending Pastor Ladd Sonnenberg for the position of Bethel’s next Lead Pastor. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, worship leadership, creativity, stewardship skills and equipping future leaders.  The Call Committee has explored and witnessed these talents which are fully aligned with Bethel’s mission to Connect, Grow and Serve. 

The congregational vote to formally call Pastor Ladd Sonnenberg as Bethel’s next Lead Pastor will take place after the 9 AM service at Bethel Highlands on Sunday, April 28, 2024.  There will be one combined service on that day.  We encourage you to attend.  

There will be a committee formed to schedule the installation and Bethel Celebration as we begin the next chapter with joy and thanksgiving! Praise be to God!
