Upcoming Transition Team Tasks: The Team will sort through outside cultural neighborhood research, and identify key mission points to Bethel’s future,

Lead pastors characteristics and job description will be identified with Church Council, Staff, Personnel/HR, and Transition Team input. Then, the Call Committee will be identified, invited, and named by Church Council.
